We reserve the right to verify all submitted documents. If any information is found to be false, your profile will be removed without notice.
3. Profile Use
Your profile may be shown to male clients through our database, printed booklets, or digital presentations.
4. Confidentiality
We may publicly advertise selected profile details (such as age, height, general background, and photos) on our platforms to attract suitable matches. However, we will only share your full personal data and contact details with serious, paying clients who are actively using our matchmaking services.
You must not exchange personal contact information (such as phone number, social media, or email) directly with clients without our prior approval. Any attempt to bypass our process or exchange contact details directly will result in a permanent ban from our company.
5. Meetings and Introductions
You agree to attend arranged meetings and video calls on time and with proper behavior.
You have the right to accept or reject any man introduced to you. There is no pressure to accept anyone.
6. Behavior and Conduct
Members are expected to act with respect, honesty, and dignity at all times.
Misuse of the service — including providing false information, requesting money from clients, or engaging in inappropriate behavior — will result in removal from the database.
Any form of cheating, dishonesty, false claims, or submission of false documents will lead to immediate termination and a permanent ban from the company.
7. No Guarantee
While we will try our best to introduce you to suitable men, we do not guarantee marriage or a specific outcome.
The matchmaking process may take time depending on preferences, availability, and mutual interest.
8. Termination
You may request to delete your profile at any time.
We reserve the right to remove your profile without refund or notice if you breach these terms.
9. No Compensation
The matchmaking service is provided free of charge to ladies, and no monetary compensation will be provided for time spent in interviews, meetings, or introductions.
10. Agreement
By signing up or participating in our matchmaking service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and confirm that all provided information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
11. Privacy
We collect your information solely to provide matchmaking service.
Your data is stored securely and only accessible by authorized staff.
You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. We use secure technologies to prevent unauthorized access to your information.
12. Exclusivity
You must not register or engage with other matchmaking companies while participating in our service.
If your profile is found advertised or listed with another matchmaking agency, your signup reward fee of SGD $1,000 will be forfeited, and your profile may be removed without notice.
